We're looking for a movie to see tonight? Any opinions? Worth the 20 bucks?

i heard it got EXCELLENT reviews!
Never heard of it - I was also just looking based on what was in theatres in neighboring towns - wasn't looking to go traveling really...

It was SO good that at no point was I like, "Really? They're not wrapping this up yet?" The movie didn't seem to have a wasted shot or dialogue at all so the 3 hours didn't seem that long. Usually I'm not a fan of true crime movies since they don't ever really seem to have an ending that provides closure, but Zodiac was really good.

I really want to see Zodiac, but the time isn't great - it's at 6:45 - don't want to eat and early dinner before that, but really late to eat after, I'll have to see.
Chris - Reign Over Me is playing at the same theater, varied times...hmmm...you saw it or you heard it was good? I like Don CHeadle.

I had the same problem. My friend and I were going to see the 7pm show and get dinner at 10, but the 7 was sold out, so we went to the 7:45 and ended up eating dinner at 11! It's a good thing I had that large Diet Coke to fill me up!

heard that its EXCELLENT, and if you like don cheadle, then you can't go wrong
Joel Siegel - the movie guy from Eyewitness News - reviewed it yesterday. He said that it was a fantastic movie and, although you might expect it to be a predictable "Cheadle's character helps Sandler's character and vice versa" thing, that's it's a MUCH better movie than that.

Just watched the trailer for it - Wow! Adam Sandler looks like Bob Dylan!!!
Great - the trailer already made me teary...
Will have to see which one DH would like to see when he gets home - thriller or tear-jerker?

I saw Zodiac. I thought it was good but it was kinda long. I thought it could have been cut some because it felt dragged out. The movie times weren't great...too early or too late so DH chose the too late one and I got real antsy at the end. Definitely worth seeing though as long as you can handle the length.

ITA. Thought the acting was great, but could have definitley been cut. Also, it really was not scary. There were very few scary scenes.
