I just hung up on DH vent!
so I'm supposed to be on bedrest today and DH knew I had to go out to get cat food (since the recall) and get new bras...so he left me the dry cleaning receipt to pick up...mind you, our DEAL is that I do ALL of the laundry and he picks up the dry cleaning. This past weekend (still supposed to be on bed rest) I did all laundry, went food shopping, today I got my bras, got cat food, picked up our wedding pictures, got frames for our wedding pics...and he calls me on the way home (at this point I'm exhausted) and I belted out "I'm not geting the dry cleaning, you can get it on Wednesday, don't try to pawn off your chores on me!" (OK so I was alittle harsh) and he says "what whats the big deal? Well, if you don't want to be a 'team player'..blah blah" well, I just lost it...he was teasing but I was soo tired, did all this running around and this is what he says to me when I'm hormonal? Meanwhile, I'm trying to rush home to cook dinner, and get ready for the board meeting which is at our house...and I haven't even showered yet! I'm supposed to be home sitting on my a*s all day!! I'm so mad! sorry, just needed alittle vent.

You are supposed to be on bed rest -- NOT running around doing chores!!

I agree. In our house DH has 1 chore: the dishes. [I have issues with touching things]
He got all cranky yesterday about how he'd done them on Saturday, why did he need to do it again on SUnday? [maybe b/c the sink is FULL?!?!]
Anyway, I decide to do them [even though he offered to take me out to dinnner...mind you, i'm "nesting" so the mess was my issue, not cooking]...well, I paid for with feet that hurt afterwards. He was suddenly concerned and said: you should've let me do them. 
I'm not on bedrest and I was told to take it easier at my dr. appt. Friday...I think your DH may need to take over some chores until further notice from your dr. and get over it...but that's probably just my hormones talking.

Are you kidding me?!? They don't grasp the concept of bedrest do they? But if they get a little sniffle themselves, all hell breaks loose!! Why are you having a board meeting at your house when you are on bedrest? 
Just let us know when you want us to b!tch slap DH.

 don't get me started on DH's my DH said that pregnancy/labor is no more painful than passing a kidney stone is for a man. Granted that may hurt BUT, you don't gain weight, get stretchmarks, hemmoroids, etc... from that and it doesn't last 10 months

OMG he did NOT say that. Tell him to pass a 9 lb kidney stone though his pe pee & then come & talk about it
