Missing angels bill- looks to be signed this year...

Someone Im friendly with- gave birth to a still born a few years ago, and has become very involved in this act..
She was also interviewed for this bit on the news...
I truely hope and pray this bill gets passed ASAP!

i hope it passed too..parents look for anything to hold onto the memory of their little ones and absolutely should have a birth certificate!!

As a mom of a stillborn myself I applaud her actions.
Receiving nothing but a death certificate was heartbreaking.
