I would wear brown shoes. I think brown looks beautiful with eart tones and you might be even able to find brown and pink ones, maybe a peep toe style

I had seen it on Mimi Maternity web site and I went to the store today, by Smithaven Mall and they had it... VERY cute. A little expensive, but so is everything in that store.
I found a few dresses at Macy's in the "normal" girls section.
I was thinking these silver ones....

I have a wedding in a month...I nearly cried today when I had trouble finding shoes to even FIT my swollen foot. I finally found a pair of ballet flats in Nordstrom. I HATE those ballet flats with a passion. DH was  that I spent that much $ on a pair of shoes I plan to wear 2 times. I explained to him, I can't wear heels...my feet just won't allow it these days, in a month it will only be worse!
eta..duh...they had lots of colors and some open-toe types in all the stores.
