Re: Would it be bad if....

I wouldn't if i were you. It would only make matters worse imo.

If you were the buyer for one of my listings, and you called me directly, I'd flat out tell you that you need to speak with your RE agent.
It's just something that ISN'T done.

hope your RE agent gets back to you soon. Chat Icon

Def do not do that. You don't want the sellers to get discouraged.

If this agent is a real problem (I don't know the details), then contact his/her boss. I'm sure they wouldn't want you to file a report with LIBOR

brunette brings up a very good point. ask for the sales manager next time you call the office, and let them know that you are not happy with how your agent is conducting his/her business. that should help.

Yup.... i second the sales manager thing.

You don't have to even "complain" or say your RE "suks". Just ask for the sales manager and say something like "I have been trying to get in touch with my RE for days and she hasn't called me back. Can you please have her contact me".

They will get the hint.

DJPill said it best! You could even say that you haven't heard back from her and you left a few calls. You were wondering if something was wrong with her cell phone. They'll know what's up.
