NC Homeowners...I need your help!
Hi all,
If you own a home in NC, can I ask how much you paid in closing costs? I know closing costs can be PHENOMENALLY high here in NY, but was wondering how much we can expect to spend there.

I used to own a home there several years ago.
It's anywhere between $1500 and up depending on the mortgage/price of house.
I paid around $2000.

We were told 1% of the home's value. Our builder is going to be paying some of it though.
