Oy...the heartburn!!!
This heartburn is killing me!!!
I want to rip my own esophagus out!!
I'm trying not to eat anything that triggers it, but it seems that EVERYTHING triggers it. 
Anyone else having this issue?
I'm living on Tums right now, which I hate to do.

I gave up on them already. My doctor told me Pepcid was good and I think they help.

I stopped the tums becuse of the sugar in them and it was casuing my sugars to go up sine I have GDM. My doctor recommended ZANTAC which is helping, because the heartburn was so bad.

yup..I know...it sucks
tums do not work really for me either.
You can take zantac..it works alittle longer, sleep propped up/ .
Water and everything triggers me...
then I cough and barf..from my cold--it rocks.

I've heard that milk helps some people (never helped me though) I also find that applesauce helps me.
Be careful about taking too much tums

I'll try anything.
I had waffles this morning and felt the heartburn immediately.
WAFFLES!! Not even any butter or syrup, just plain waffles!!
