Is it normal to have a constant
tight full feeling in my lower belly at 9 weeks? Does this tight/stretching feeling last throughout the whole pregnancy as your belly grows?

From everything I have read its normal. Your uterus is growing. I have the same feelings at 8 weeks.

Yep. It's weird feeling at first, but now I don't notice it. (I'm at 14 weeks)

It goes fast. Pay attention.

It should ease up once you "pop" (medical term for when the uterus pops out of the pelvic area)

It will ease up as well as the cramps you might feel from the "expansion".
For me they always came between 2-3am. I called it the "construction hour"

Re: Is it normal to have a constant
I just felt this today- my belly was super tight- and i feel so bloated- but I"m sure this is all normal- and just means we are making room for our babies!
