I have a bride and groom that's pretty big and my best friend (who gave it to me) wanted me to use it as a cake topper.  It sat beautifully in *front* of my cake.
I also have a clown, although I'm not sure where he is  and these two for being a mommy.

I have 2 wedding ones.
The Happiest Day- DH surprised me with this. He knew how much I wanted it but it was so $$$. I fell in love with him even more that day.

I have The Happiest Day; it's autographed by some member of the Lladro family. It was a wedding gift from DH's aunt and uncle. I have it in our bedroom...it's very pretty. Hard to dust! But pretty! Lots of little crevices!

My MIL collects them... she has like, hundreds of them.
For some reason, they freak me out-- I don't know if it's the long necks or the weird looks they have on their faces... I don't know why but they remind me of aliens and she keeps offering me her statues... She tells me I can choose a few that she'll pass down and I'm like "oh no, you should give them to your own daughter!!" In reality, I'm like eek I don't want them- they scare me!!

I have 7 of them. 6 of them are different angels, one of them is a bride & groom. I love them! My parents have a ton of them and they have given me all of mine. Eventually they said I can have their's. They have 2 collections: angels & ladies with parasols.
