What are some things that you do to relax?
I love having a cup of chamomile tea w/honey, taking a bath, and reading a celeb gossip magazine.

Love Enya... she came on my iPod at the gym today and I was like, oh wow! I miss her music. It's reminiscent of my college studying days.

to be honest, any time for myself is relaxing to me.
although I love my daughter to death, I need some me time too.
When mommy is happy, Alia is happy too.

Whenever I am stressed, I pop on a CD and she soothes me...
Chamomile tea and a soak in my new tub work well too.
