Stuck in the ice and then into the stirrups!
So after having bronchitis for two weeks and having to push off my gyno until the LAST minute (and cancelling 3x) I had to be there at 9 am on Saturday
It's in Queens and I am convinced NOBODY owns a shovel. I got stuck in the ice trying to park...I FREAKED OUT and call DH...about 30 people go around me including a traffic cop. I have to go to this appointment.
30 minutes later a nice man helped push me out, I LOVE HIM...
so now I have to go in and get the vajayjay checked out (FUN!)
On the scale I go...and since I was there 5 months ago, I lost ELEVEN pounds! Since I stepped on that scale on 9/7/05 before being induced, SIXTY-TWO.
I am ten pounds below my pre-pg...and I have to say it's all stress. I drink coke every day (that's what I cut out pre-pg to lose weight), don't exercise, never have time for breakfast and sometimes even lunch, and have trouble sleeping.
I don't feel healthier skinny, I was happy at my pre-pg weight (well, satisfied that this what I was supposed to be)
Maybe it's because I think I am relapsing into my bronchitis or whatever, I just don't know how to incorporate a healthier lifestyle into everyday. I just want to feel better again...and even though my docs are like WOOHOO (and I am too, haven't been a size 6 in years!) I know I am slightly anemic and I am afraid my habits are hurting me.

No advice because I'm not healthy enough to render it. I worry I'm passing my unhealthy habits on to my kids more than anything else.

see, I spend more time making sure Bella has eaten and eaten well, that I seriously can go until like 3-4 pm without eating...and then I need something and fast!

I think you should try to make an effort to remember to not only eat healthy but just to eat! If you don't you will keep getting sick and it will take longer and longer to kick sicknesses...and one will run into another
I think if your docs aren't worried about your weight then it isn't bad....but if you don't feel good then your body will feel blah too
