First Appointment
I'll be 6w4d at my first appointment on Thurs. I've seen others say that they were able to see the heartbeat that early. Will they automatically do a sonogram to check for it? I am so stressed about there not being a heartbeat that for my own sanity, I hope I will get to see it.

I had a sonogram at six weeks in the office and was also sent out for one as well. I was having pain on my right side though, so I don't know if it's SOP to do one at the first visit.

I was around that time with both pgs at my 1st appt and was able to see the tiny blip of a heartbeat on a sonogram.

I was about 6 weeks and they did a transvag sono to see the heartbeat, but I also had 2 previous m/c's that they were concerned about.
