i'm afraid to BD

i know its allowed but i'm afraid because i'm only 5 weeks. I know we did before my BFP but i've been reading how so many docs have some to hold off 1st tri, or if they see spotting. i don't want to get spotting and then worry more?? Chat Icon Chat Icon

Re: i'm afraid to BD

I have not BD since BFP. Turned out for me it was a good thing since I am on pelvic rest since the beginning of PG. Unless you have spotting or cramping though, or experience pain it should be OK. Def talk to you Dr & see if there is any reason not to. Chat Icon

If you really are too scared to do it, then don't.

We did until I was put on pelvic rest at 21 weeks.

I wish we could thoughChat Icon Chat Icon

Re: i'm afraid to BD

We were nervous to in the beginning too (we did lots of "other stuff" though).

Now, at 22 weeks though, I'm jumping his bones as soon as he walks in the door....Chat Icon

Re: i'm afraid to BD

I'll admit, I'm a sex-a-holic!!!!!! Guess I'm nuts! But it's not as often as before the pregnancy because of my gassy belly hurting. But I still love it on non-gassy days!!!!!

i am with you. i am deathly afraid to BD right now, and the anxiety that would come afterwards isn't worth the few minutes of fun!

but i must say that we're maneuvering around the no-sex thing quite nicely Chat Icon
