Did you study abroad in college?
I went to the Université de Provence à Aix in the South of France. Such an amazing experience - I wish DH and I were there now!

Sounds so cool. I wanted to, but didn't. But I did go away to Israel for about 2 weeks.

Definitely go to Old Montreal,
hit the Peel Pub on St. Catherine's Street for awesome food,
there's the Casino on the outskirts of Montreal...

This is one of my biggest regrets in life. When I was in college, I got an offer to study in Prague and tour with their orchestra, and my parents would not allow me to miss a year of college. They never really backed my choice to be a professional flutist. They do now, but only because I teach as well

I was an exchange student when I was in HS- but it was during the summer, I did not study. I went to the South of France

Went to the Unversidad de Madrid, Spain for a year  Oh, how I miss the days of sharing a jarra ( o mas) de sangria con mis amigas en la plaza!

I did an exchange program in Spain as a junior in high school and studied at the University of London for a semester sophomore year of college. I loved studying in Europe but I really wish I would have done semester at sea with my roommate who went.

I was an exchange student in high school - to Genoa, Italy. Loved it! Best experience for a kid to have.
I also spent a college summer in Mexico (working in an orphanage, not in Tijuana)

I spent a semester in Paris (spring) and another semester (summer) in Madrid.

I spent two summers in France doing an archaeological dig funded by my college. First in Cognac, second right outside Paris. Best freakin' time of my life

I wish I did..I always planned on studying abroad in Israel, and then I chickened out about going away for that long. I went to Israel on a tour for a month during one college summer, but it certainly wasn't studying abroad.

I studied in Tübingen, Germany for a year. There I met my husband. I did my MA in Sydney.

I didn't, but I so wish I had. Since starting college I had planned to study abroad, but then I joined a sorority and became an officer so I didn't go. None of my friends went, it wasn't a big thing, but I wish I had had the experience.
