Do you have a waste receptacle in your bedroom?
DH is always yelling at me to put a wastebasket in the bedroom. I don't see why we need one. Do all of your business in the bathroom and discard garbage there. Am I missing something?

we don't, but we have a bathroom in our bedroom and there's a wastebasket in there.

I have a vanity table in our bedroom, I have a waste basket under it. We also have one in the master bathroom 5 steps away.

I currently use the one in our masterbathroom, but I did mention to DH that I would like to get one for the bedroom itself. Possibly this one:
We often have receipts, shirt tags, etc. and it would be a lot easier to just dump them in a can in the bedroom.
When I lived with my parents and when I dormed, I always kept a wastebasket in my room.

We do. I have really bad allergies most of the year so I'm constantly blowing my nose and I'm too lazy to walk down the hall to the bath. We don't have a master bath.
I also have one in the kids rooms to toss clothing tags, tissues, wet ones, etc. in.

Yes we do. I have one in the bedroom and bathroom. I take off my makeup or use tissues or tags from clothes, bags and hangers from the dry cleaner and any other garbage. It fills fast since it's a small one but that makes us empty it more.

Me too- it's a lot easier to throw tissues out there instead of going down the hall to the bathroom. And it's easier with clothing tags, etc., as other posters have said.

Same here.
The funny thing is that with 2 garbage cans in the bedroom/master bath, DH still manages to throw the little tags and clips from hjis dry cleaned shirts on the floor

I want to get one, too. Sounds silly, but I don't want to walk to the bathroom to throw stuff out and between random scraps of paper and tags from clothing, I'm thinking of getting one. I had one in my bedroom as a teenager.

Yes, we have one. It's small but it mostly gets tissues and clothing tags thrown in there. It's easier then carrying trash around the house.
