A Tip About Jennifer Convertables
Maybe I'm the last one to know this, but I found out yesterday that you can buy the same sofas that Jennifer Convertibles sells elsewhere for a lot less.
yesterday i found this AWESOME furniture store in Farmingdale -- I think it's called Route 110 Clearance Center and got a really, really good deal on a bedroom set. Anyway, then the guy saw that we ordered a sofa from Jen. Convertibles and he asked to see the model number and make. Jen. Conv. doesn't make their own stuff! I never knew that. He's getting us the same couch for $300 less!!!

Honestly, I would never recommend JC to anyone. I had the worst nightmare with my sofa.
They have a huge amount of complaints with the DA for their poor quality (furniture coming damage, breaking later on, etc..) and for customer service when you have a problem. You will have the run around. I experienced it first hand. I had to threaten them that I was going to go to the DA if it was not resolved.
I had 5 deliveries of replacements of a leather sofa that kept coming scratched from the manufacturer and being rejected and it took 10 months to get a non scratched sofa.
But don't take my word for it. Do your research. I am sure everyone does not have a problem but they have a record.
