can some people share their FSH levels and if it was high what you did to bring it down? Thanks.

mine averaged 10 or above.
Highest was 11.7
I did wheat grass shots for 2 weeks ( 2x a day) and my FSH after two weeks was 8.5

Acupuncture and herbs - but I don't even know if it went down as my RE didn't test it again - he says you are only as good as your highest FSH #. Then I got the BFP so I didn't care anymore what it was.
But, those are the 2 things I did with the idea of lowering my FSH.

Mine was 11.6 I did the wheatgrass shots and then tested at 6.8. I have been as high as 12. Dr said that wheatgrass shots lower your FSH but they lower something else as well which isn't good, but I am having a senior moment and can't remember what the other thing was Anyway he told me to stop taking the wheatgrass.
