Selling our house!

We're excited and sad at the same time. We have an opportunity to buy a friend's house - and it's bigger which has more long-term potential for us. That said, we love our current house - - and we've worked on it for years!

For anyone interested (sorry - no pics on work computer), it's in Huntington Station, on an awesome dead end....neighbors really kick azz - we're gonna miss the street a lot. It's a 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bath brick cape with a 1-car garage. Ask price is @ $410k (taxes under $6k, just less than 1/4 acre).
