It does say that it needs TLC....I would imagine it's in pretty bad shape and I'd venture to guess it's structural, based on the age.

It was a little scary inside. THere was an open house this weekend. All of the rooms are absolutely PACKED with furniture and boxes. You can't even see the master bedroom because it is fillled with boxes. It could be such a cute house though.

It is being sold as is.

I agree - i think it would be safe to say the house has structural issues at that price.
but its cute. probably a horror show on the inside.

Scary wasn't the word!! It needs a new roof, the front porch isn't heated, the basement is totally NOT finished, There was stuff EVERYWHERE!! I loved it from the outside (even that needed minor work) but couldn't even stand to look at the inside. It is cheap, and will probably go for cheaper, but the $$ that you would have to put into it would be CRAZY!!!
