Need Lighting Ideas

We put on a new extension which includes a new kitchen, bath & matster bedroom suite with master bath - all with vaulted ceilings. We met with the electrician a few weeks ago and told him all the lighting I wanted. My Kitchen/dinette area is 15x19, my bedroom is 19x13, my master bath is 6'6"x15 and my small bath is 5x8. I Like the look of high hat lights - think they are a much cleaner look. We planned out 14 going in the kitchen/dinette on several different switches with dimmers as well as a ceiling fan in the center. We also have some going in the bedroom as well as the 2 baths. Each bath will also have an exhaust fan/heater. The bedroom will also have a ceiling fan.

What we want goes about 5K above what the contractor covers. The electrician said what he would have done in the kitchen to give enough light but not as much but would be covered by contractor is 2 chandeliers but then no ceiling fan.

I need some other ideas for lighting in these rooms before we make decisions. Pictures would be GREAT!!!!
