I don't know when I will be going back. I did it to prove a point that you can't use students as guinea pigs and I am so stressed as to what they are doing. I just can't stop crying.

aww sweetie! what were they trying to do?? that sounds horrible maybe they will cahnge and call you back? if not it sounds like they got what they deserved!

Without violating confidentiality, let's just say I have a TON of special education students this year and some autistic children. These students have MANY MANY MANY modifications to their programs. I have been fighting since the second day of school to get these modifications complied with and it's not being done. Our director of special education is um- inept at best. Anyways, I am giving up every free period, staying after school and coming in early EVERY DAY to try and help these children. They could possibly do it if their modifications were being met but the school is not providing the tools necessary. Then they finally gave a TA then that TA didn't show up (and there was no sub given) for 2 days which is completely disruptive. They are basically setting these kids up to fail and this is UNACCEPTABLE to me.
