Has anyone made a diaper cake? Is it difficult?

 Re: Diaper cake
it's really easy, just time consuming. i'm sure you can search on google for instructions.
i roll all of the diapers individually and tie the so they stay rolled. hot glue a paper towel tube to a cake tray (i got it at party city) and stack the diapers around it. keep going until the bottom layer goes to edge of tray and tie all the diapers together with another ribbon. then do the same for the second & third layers. decorate with flowers, baby items, etc.

Take it out. It looks a lot nicer that way.

 Re: Diaper cake
Very cute!!! I do it pretty similar, but usually use a stuffed animal or big bow up top, yours looks awesome!
