I get stressed watching it..I am so bad with selling things to people..
ETA: did anyone see last nights episode with the lady who lived in the house by herself and couldn't afford it anymore because the husband divorced her?? I was feeling the pressure when she didn't return ray's phone calls and she had 24hrs to do it or they would lose the potential buyers..he must have called her like 10 times..ughh
