I agree. I think Jada must be more sick than they are letting on right now. He seemed way to emotional for it to just be about hair loss.
I do think these comedians need to tone it down a bit. I don't mind them making fun of their roles or even characters in a role but making fun of her because she has a disease is hitting below the belt.

They did break up, she was with someone else, but then they got back together. They had never officially gotten divorced but she had left him for someone else pretty openly.

I think whether or not Chris Rock wants to press charges Will Smith should be charged with assault. If someone commits a crime they deserve to be punished whether or not the victim wants to press charges.

Exactly!!!
Hosts and presenters always take jabs at the celebrities, it's par for the course. Getting outraged, especially after laughing, is ridiculous. There is no way to excuse Will's behavior, you don't get to assault someone just because you got triggered.

I've read that she lost her hair due to over-processing it throughout the years. I'm not 100% sure if that's the whole story though.
In fairness to Chris Rock, it really wasn't a cruel joke. He simply referenced a movie where the main character was also bald. He didn't make fun of her condition or even criticize her, his joke was no different than the countless other jabs that were taken at everyone in the audience throughout the evening.

If someone makes fun of my kid at school can I go punch them and then win a mom of the year award? I’m assuming not.
Yeah it was an inappropriate joke. So cancel Chris Rock like you do everyone else that hurts your feelings. But they act like they are these fragile people that haven’t been in the public eye for all these years. Geez, grow a pair already.
