Oysters
Mussels
Tuna Tartare
Sounds like a perfect 4 course meal for me! Starting with oysters on the half shell, followed with tuna tartare, then steamed mussels and then poached salmon.
Add on all those veggies (mushrooms and Brussels sprouts) that many on this thread don’t like and I’m all set. 
I’ll take the veggies and I like other fish.

I prefer my salmon raw, but that sounds like a delicious meal!

Well in that case, make it a duo of tuna and salmon tartare. Yum!!
They do this weird thing here called Mett/Hackepeter and it’s raw minced pork. Sorry, that’s a no-go for me.

Have you tried it thinly sliced, breaded, and fried? It's a whole different food when you do that. I could eat pounds of that. I also enjoy eggplant in pretty much any format, but fried is just amazing. Probably because it's mostly fried breading...

I have. And yes, pretty much anything fried can be good, but not eggplant - nope, not ever

I don't care for any type of very pink and/or fatty red meat (I didn't eat any at all for about 10 years) but that's about it.
Other than that I am essentially a human vacuum cleaner.

i agree on the triscuits.
they are what i imagine hay to taste like.
I LOVE Triscuits. In college ate them with an apple, that was my meal. It reminds me of hay vs everyone else's sawdust LOL
