I have a personal planner (monthly/weekly) and then I have my school planner with a monthly calendar that I use for my daily to-do list, make copies, phone calls, etc.

I have to use a day planner and physically write it down. I have a palm pilotesque device (sony clio if you must know) and the oNLY time I dig it out charge it up and use it is on vacation.a
