 sliding glass doors.......with pic 
WOOHOO they are finally up 
  Now what do I put in front of thhem??curtains or  blinds?? the first picture is my daughter in front of the old door and old windows then 2nd pic is empty hole  3rd pic the new doors

We did curtains on our slider.  I love that we can just move them aside and have tons of light. I dont like verticals

We did curtains too (although we have french doors, not sliders).  We have them tied in the center for show, but can easily slide them to the side to get in and out.

I got really cheap sheers from Marburn (sp?) Curtain warehouse (there's one on Rt. 110 and oone in Hauppaugue too).  They were about $10 a sheer and the curtain rods are much less expensive than BB&B etc.  I liked the sheers because they can be pulled over to one side and tied back to make it easier to get in and out of the door.

We use our sliding door a lot so I put up curtains on rings.  It makes it really easy to slide open and for the curtains to stay out of the way when going in and out.  I've been thinking of putting a set of sheers underneath also, but I never seem to get around to it.

I just bought drapes for the two sliding glass doors in my great room, but I didn't hang them yet I love the way the rings  look babyinmarch
