Party/food opinions needed!
When all is said and done we'll probably have about 70-75 adults and about 8 kids at his party Moms and I are doing all the cooking.This is what we're having so far:
Full Trays of:
Baked Ziti
Ribs
Chicken Marsala
Sausage/Peppers
Eggplant Parm
Corn on the cob
Rice
Tossed Salad
Pizza for the kids
Do you think I need more? If so, should I do another tray or 2 of something (opinions! ) or just a hero? Thanks!

what about just sauteed veggies? bread and butter? Sounds like a GREAT selection to me!

I would probably do another half tray of the bake ziti. The pasta always goes first. Other wise I think you have enough.

Yes - we're doing bread and veggie trays on each table. OK - maybe we'll do another pasta tray. thx!

Looks like plenty of food to me. I just had 4 large trays and 7 feet of heroes w/ salads at my son's party Sunday and had plenty leftover. I had about 45 adults and 18 kids (I had a tray of nuggets and pizza bagels for them).
ETA: Good for you for cooking! There's no way I would have! We caterered everything except the kids food.
