Not that it's not ok IF she actually has a deformed toe... But let's look closely at the picture, shall we? There is a shadow UNDER her toe that's a straight line, like it's from the cloth of the sandal strap. Yet her curved toe is lying over this straight shadow... A bit fishy...

And how do we even know those are HER feet.
I'm gonna google "Jennifer garner feet" and see what I can find.
ETA:
It seems like those really are her feet. I found a site that has the whole pic, and one that has other screenshots of her toe.
