Who's a RE Agent? What's the going prices on houses in....
S Section in STony Brook.....the capes in particular. Not what they are listed at, but what they are actually selling at

To give you a rough idea here are three houses that have sold recently.
Seward 4 bedroom, 2 bath $370
Sussex 4 bedroom, 2 bath $410
Sandford 5 bedroom, 2 bath $459
These are the sold prices all are capes. Hope this helps..

yes it is....it's been up since April and it's at $435K now.
We really want her here for Alyson's first holidays.
