1. Everyone’s waiting on orders from the biggest low life piece of $hit in NY. The same jack ass who caused all the nursing home deaths and the outrageous death rate. And there’s an air of acceptance about it... Now add the abuse towards women and cover ups... Still no one mentions any of this as it would be with a Republican... But yes, go by what his grace commands you and nothing matters until He says so

As to your #1...go to the politics board and read the thread on that scum bag. And see the people who say so what about the women accusing him. Because it hasn't been proven yet. And because Trump did it too. So it's 100% ok. And nobody mentions or responds to the nursing home deaths. Those deaths don't count because they were caused by his holy highness.

I dont worship Cuomo or anyone for that matter.
I 100% believe things should be proofed before believing them no matter who it is even if I like them or don’t. I am skeptical of all these harassment accusations coming out years later for anyone not just Cuomo.
I believe in following rules even if I don’t agree with them.
While I am ok with not wearing masks I will continue to do so when I enter public places because why am I going to start with people who have no control on the rules. that were set that they have to enforce. So now let’s combine politics during an election year and a pompous narcissist and the end result of him overruling what actual medical pros were telling him and you get distrust and a large portion of the population not believing a word this ass clown says. Then add to it how the CDC treated people like children and lied to them about masks in the first place.., You can’t blame people for criticizing the compulsion to be a rule follower when the rules killed their friends and family members. I have to say I agree with a lot of this. I think that the main problem is everyone (especially on here) is all "follow the science, FOLLOW THE SCIENCE." But the problem is that the science related to this is constantly evolving and NO ONE can trust the leadership to disseminate that information correctly. The problem is not with the science, it's with the lack of leadership in this country from the start of the pandemic until now.

But I am going to follow the rules because I’m not going to take it out in someone else who doesn’t deserve. Everyone I have seen this past weekend has been wearing masks but I have to tell you the longer this goes on the more I see not wearing them correctly and heck it was too hot in the store today that every aisle I went down that I was alone, I pulled it down under my nose.
Then I had to drive behind an old man who was literally going 15-20 miles an hour holding up traffic. See him when he went to turn, all alone, windows rolled up, mask fully on. Poor guy was probably passing out and that is why he was driving so slow SMH.

Do I think he should address absolutely but am I confused on what the rule is no. Cause I clearly read what the CDC said which is you need to follow local and federal rules that are set!!
No one told anyone to drive with masks on when by themselves if people want to do that that’s on them. Do I think its ridiculous and they look like a moron absolutely!! Am I blaming the governor or government for that no!!!
Again the point is trying to rebel and proof a point by not wearing a mask in stores makes you ( and not you specifically) just an assholeee for creating situations for workers who have no choice to enforce the rules.

I am not blaming any store, just him who wants to keep this going even after it came out NY is under 1%.
I absolutely blame the governor and government and the media for people being so scared they are afraid to be in their car or outside alone without a mask on.

I can’t get over the amount of people who think they don’t need a mask now. While agree it’s time to remove the masks for those who want to, it’s not approved in NY!! And even if it is, it’s still up to a business if they choose to. People are all over social media calling out businesses (many small businesses) about not be allowed in without a mask.

Wow I only saw 1 person this weekend and he was picking up his food, old man who I think was so mad about waiting that he forgot he didn’t have a mask on lol.
Same old crap. We sat at the bar, partitions in between 2 seats, hubby had to put mask on to go the bathroom. Lots of under the nose though as it was so warm in places.

But the mandate is only lifting for those who are vaccinated. That's everyone's point. There is no way to tell who is and who isn't, so just still have the mask mandate in place until a certain percentage of the population is vaccinated, then lift the mandate for everyone, not just vaccinated people. CT following this is so dumb.

I saw a sign months ago that said “Your compliance is prolonging this nightmare”. It really stuck with me. If we all stopped wearing masks, it would end. So I stopped wearing it. I live in Texas, so I wasn’t accosted in the store because the people here believe in freedom more than NYer’s. Then the governor lifted the mask mandate and many people still wear masks. But everyday, more and more people are going without them. So I guess I’m one of those “maskholes” who doesn’t follow the rules. The stores don’t have to enforce anything they don’t want to. They can ignore it if they want. And before you accuse me of not “following the science”, no one has gotten Covid from walking past someone in the supermarket for five seconds. The mask mandate was dumb from the start.
