Not everywhere does. I have at least 2 family members (including a doctor!) that had to seek out their own 2nd appt.
Unless possibly the process has gotten better now, as they had gone a few weeks ago.
The State hubs now do it automatically. I can not speak for county sites.

I got my mom an appt this afternoon at StonyBrook in March (I went for the day with most availability) but now the site has crashed.

Was that at Jones Beach? I heard they weren't doing them there for a few dats days due to the cold and wind.
At least it worked out for him!
