holy fukk!! this "change of life" ain't no joke!!!
i was driving to work, today... broke out into ugly tears while singing along to "Funky Town." don't ask me why, because i don't know.
i thought puberty was hard, this is truly kicking my ass.
my weight skyrockets overnight for no reason, the hot flashes are stupid, the water retention hurts, the crying fits come out of nowhere, the dry skin itches, and then i get a period whenever the mood strikes.
show us some love and compassion.

I'm not even there yet, but since hitting my 40s my PMS has gotten 10 times worse.
I'm an emotional basket case for 10 days out of the month!
So I feel ya!

Evening primrose oil really helps with PMS symptoms and other emotional disbalance brought on by hormonal changes! I started taking it a few months ago after a recommendation from a friend and i can definitely feel the difference!
