Anyone find the scale creeping up? I was up almost 3 pounds. I bought a Fitbit while I was at Target for grocery items the other day, and now getting it back under control and am only up .5 today. I'm finding that the Fitbit is totally helping me stay on track though. I've also been doing Zumba on Amazon Prime, and trying to go for walks or bike rides and limited my snacking. It's hard with the eating though since I'm SO bored when sitting in the house!

I've stayed the same but I started getting on the treadmill every day and I'm not eating out as often. I'd really like to lose weight during this time - seems like a great opportunity, but I can't figure out how to add more exercise since I'm working full time every week day.

I walk more now than I ever did when I was free, so no.
I walk because I'm bored out of my freaking mind.
I still hate exercise but it's something to do

Last time I weighed, I was up 1.5lbs. But I can see a big difference in my face and legs because I’m not working out w weights at all for almost 40 days now and eating like It’s my last meal every time I eat Chat Icon
So my weight hasn’t changed but I look like I gained 10 lbs.

We’ve been walking for 30 min 2-3x a day around the house (we’ve made a track around the staircase and kitchen island lol) we go out when it’s nice enough but my allergies are killing me so I tend to want to stay in.

I’m hoping to get back at it better once DH is fully healed and I can focus on me more. But my stress is at a million and food is my only comfort.

The first few days of working from home (started mid-March), I was eating EVERYTHING! It was out of control. Then I had to get a grip and started eating better. I've also been doing a 45 min - 1 hour workout video online everyday (zumba or kickboxing mostly). I'm still eating "comfort food" to some degree, but pretty much keeping at a steady weight.

My eating is pretty much the same. I’m still working out the same amount / lifting 5x a week and running more or less daily. I have also started walking 2-4 miles a day just to get out of the house. I have a very active is I need to be up doing things. Not just sitting at my computer all day.

Yes, for sure. Now that i am home, I am snacking more. I had lost 30 lbs on WW and now i've put back on about 10 lbs.
