Donating Blood
Saw a story on the news tonight that we're having a blood shortage because of what is happening. People aren't coming in to donate.
Has anyone considered doing this?
My iron is usually too low. But I think I'm going to try tomorrow.

I want to also. It’s so simple to do and so needed, people want to help and do something, this is an easy way to help.
I just donated my kidney (well 7 weeks ago) so donating blood should be easy!

Just and FYI - a friend of mine went to the Farmingdale location today, to donate blood. She was turned away because she didn’t have an appointment. (I’m guessing they don’t want people gathering). She will make an appointment and go back

My 16 yo DS and I both did the double red blood cell donation on Friday. 
We made an appointment, but still had to wait a little while in the car until they texted me to come in. They are minimizing how many people are waiting inside.
They took our temps before we went into the main area.
