Which water park?

Kalahari vs
Great Wolf Lodge vs
Kartrite vs
Rocking horse ranch

Which one is your favorite?

It will be for one night.
It’s for kids from almost 4 to 9.
Kids are excellent swimmers but one tends to be timid on scary things.

Re: Which water park?

We LOVE Kalahari. MY kids are 12 and have outgrown Great Wolf. I have never been to Kartrite. We have been going to Kalahari every year in November and LOVE it.
Camelback is pretty good too. If you go in the winter, they have more snow activities such as snow tubing.

Kalahari is amazing and good for all ages. It has a lot of tamer slides to for the one you said doesn't love the bigger ones.

I hear Kartrite is very small in terms of the number of slides they have.

Never been to Great Wolf

Re: Which water park?

For water park... Kalahari hands down. We've been twice and LOVE it. So much to do, so many water rides, restaurants, huge arcade, etc.
Never been to Great Wolf, but did hear it's smaller than Kalahari and everyone says once you go to Kalahari you can't go back to GW.

Never been to Kartrite so can't speak for it.

Rocking Horse Ranch is not really a water park. We had an awesome time when we went, but it's a lot of money. If you want more water rides go with Kalahari. RH has an indoor water slide and some activities. It's not huge. THe outside pool is nice but no big water slides and there's a lake there too when you can go boating.

Kalahari is great. They have a lot for kids of all ages and both scary and not so scary rides.

We haven't done Kartrite yet but friends have and their main comment is that it's nice and clean but, half the size of Kalahari.
