weekly menu for 10/23/17
Sunday - chickpea pasta with sauce and steamed broccoli
Monday - salad with grilled chicken, apples, pomegranate, and pecans
Tuesday - sea bass with tomato herb butter, roasted asparagus and brown rice
Wednesday - black bean, mango, avocado tacos with side salad
Thursday - leftover salad with chicken
Friday - leftover black bean mango tacos over rice
Saturday - Greek meatballs, tomato and tzatziki over rice

Monday – ST sheet pan chicken, brown rice, salad
Tuesday – ST Chicken Taco crockpot chili, brown rice or cauliflower rice
Wednesday – take out
Thursday – leftovers
Friday – red lentil pasta with eggplant, tomato/cucumber salad

Sunday: chicken burgers, grilled zucchini, burrata toasts
Monday: buffalo chicken quesadillas, Mexican street corn
Tuesday: chicken pot pie
Wednesday: pumpkin tortellini with Brussels sprouts and bacon
Thursday: chicken cutlets, rice, veggies
Friday: takeout
Saturday: out or spaghetti and meatballs

This week is tough, I start PT again twice a week after work, and DH and I have also decided to start WW.
So now I will have to really plan and prep for quick healthy meals.
Sunday : chinese takeout
Monday : chicken tenders, rice, big green salad
Tuesday : leftover chinese
Wednesday : ?
Thursday : ?
Friday : out, we are going to a concert.
Saturday : out at a party.

Sunday: party at my house- catered food
Monday:leftovers from monday
Tuesday: chicken tacos
Wednesday: pasta with meat sauce for the kids, salmon and salad for dh and i. i'll also make a pot of lentil soup
Thurs: steak, cauliflower fried rice, broccoli, fries for the kids
Friday: marinated chicken thighs, mac & cheese w/ peas, baked sweet potatoes
sat: halloween party

Sunday - Hungarian Beef Stew, Egg Noodles and Cheddar Biscuits
Monday - Steak Tips in Mushroom Wine Sauce, Mashed Cauliflower, Asparagus
Tuesday - Big Mac Casserole over romaine lettuce
Wednesday - Buffalo Chicken Crust Pizza, Salad
Thursday - Greek Gyros and Salad
Friday - not sure, maybe chicken soup
Saturday - maybe chicken pot pie with rotisserie chicken
also made a big pot of Lentil Sausage Soup for lunches for the week!
