Agency for Special Needs Evaluation?
My school district literally gave me a 6 page listing of evaluation agencies to choose from  If there is an agency that you worked with directly and had a positive experience, I would appreciate the recommendation. If you have any guidance as to how I can narrow down the list, that would be helpful, too.
TIA 
ETA -Evaluation is for a 4 year old currently in Pre-K. His problem areas are spatial awareness, working/playing independently, is impulsive/disruptive, and doesn't maintain eye contact.

Is there a specific service you're looking for an evaluation from? Like speech or PT?

Did you ask them for recommendations? They may be able to help narrow it down to a few. We used new interdisciplinary school in yaphank.

We just used KidzTherapy last month; they were great! Really easy to get in touch with, quick and responsive. The two people that came to evaluate DS were very accommodating with my schedule, extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Hagedorn Little Village all the way.
My son had his eval there at 3 and then went to the school from 3-5, best two years ever!!

We used Marion K Solomon for DD they were great. I've also heard a lot of great things about Kidz Therapy.
