Toddler recipes

My twins (15 months) eat same thing every few days. Need new ideas that are easy - and chock full of veggies and proteins. THey eat beans, meatballs, pasta, avocado. Mac and cheese I do with sweet potato and peas in there. My DS1 was not as picky with texture as they are. Can anyone post some new ideas? TIA!

I use my food processor to finely chop veggies for meatloaf.

For breakfast I've done quinoa bites with apples and cinnamon for something different with lots of protein.

How about smoothies. I add Chia seeds, spinach, frozen berries, and Greek yogurt. I also do Chia seed pudding as a nice treat that's really healthy.

You can mix veggies into eggs or quesadillas.

Roasted chick peas are a great healthy snack if they can handle chewing them well. I haven't tried them with my 14 month old yet but I think I did around that age with my first.

Re: Toddler recipes

when my twins started eating table food we gave them a little of whatever we ate. I always had a few go to dishes that I know they loved as a back up. But it was easier for me to prepare one meal for everyone and it also introduced them to different flavors quicker.
