It depends on the situation on why she is not attending. I usually give people a few chances and family more.
If she has no intention of ever showing up, then no, no more invites.
Need more detail of why she is not showing up and how the rest of your relationship with her is before i add my $.02!

Exactly - IMO it's makes MY life a whole lot easier to just send it - I could care less if those people eventually show up - fine. But who the hell wants to deal w/ them the one time you DON'T invite them?

If he wants me to keep sending it to his sister, sure.. whatever, no real sweat off my nose. Send it and move on.
If he wants me to keep sending it to my sister, I'd have her call him and say "err no" LOL

I just recently did not invite a cousin to a party- it caused some drama. If SIL RSVPs no constantly, then I'd continue sending the invite. If she doesn't RSVP and doesn't show, I'd stop sending (this was why I didn't invite cousin- she NEVER RSVPs and then never shows and I was sick of it!).
