I am so disgusted... I backed that family to anyone who doubted them because they seemed genuine and truly loving. But she is obviously a troubled woman - more than we can even tell... TLC has reached out and offered counseling. Thank goodness.

I'm worried about the other kids. I can't even imagine it. Apparently Anna never lived with June, and this is why...She only moved back home for the show- which leads me to believe something bad happened between them following the abuse.

There is NO coming back from this. If she thought there was any chance to fix the situation, it's gone now. The more I read, the worse it gets. June has dug a huge hole for herself, especially since it's come to light that she's dated molesters in the past.

Wow that is horrible and disgusting! I always defended them too! The mother seemed smarter than most, supposedly she said sugar bear made enough to support them and al their Tlc money went straight into accounts for all the girls. Including the grand baby. They seemed to genuinely love and care for each other. How horrible for your mother to choose your child molester! I hope sugar bear can get Alana away for that molester and good for Tlc to cancel the show and offer Anna counseling.

CPS and local police have been called so they are on it. This woman is obviously so insecure and disgusting to do this. I think they (if they can) should freeze the bank accounts of her children.

I have never seen the show, but this is so, so awful. Can you imagine how awful this is for Anna knowing that her mother is seeing / house hunting with the man who molested her when she was so young? Is she planning on using her kids' money from the show to buy this guy stuff? A normal mother would want to kill this guy. The younger children need to be taken away ASAP. She doesn't deserve to be a mother.

Not sure of the other one, maybe 16/17.
2000 so only 14.

So disturbing and very sad. Why would she want to torture her daughter, Anna, by doing this? Bc I'm sure that's what this poor girl feels like.

And she apparently told her daughter the same thing: "Mama said the story isn't true and she said she hasn't seen Mark since he's been out of jail," Cardwell says.
"My whole body believes that she is telling the truth," she continues, "but my mind is going back and forth from – you know, hey, she's telling the truth or she's not telling the truth, but most of me believes her."
Cardwell also says that after McDaniel was arrested, Shannon was skeptical of her story about being molested.
"A week or so after it happened, I talked to Mama and she was upset, crying and saying, 'I don't believe you, I don't believe you, why would you do this to me?' " Cardwell says. "And I was like, 'Mama, he did that to me and I can't do anything about it. You were never there to see it you were always at work."
Cardwell moved in with her grandmother after the molestation, a source told PEOPLE, and only moved back in with Shannon in 2012 shortly before Here Comes Honey Boo Boo's premiere. "Me and Mama realized we needed to put this behind us and get our relationship back on track and that's what we did and that's what we have been doing," Cardwell says.
If it's true that Shannon and McDaniel are together again, Cardwell, who is a mom to 2-year-old daughter Kaitlyn, says, "I would feel hurt. I would not feel betrayed, but I would feel hurt. You know the past should be in the past and it should stay in the past and not come back out."
But one thing is for sure: "I would not let her see Kaitlyn unless Mark is out of the picture or away because I don't want him nowhere near my child," Cardwell says. "Nowhere close to her."
