if your LO was/is on nutramigen or allimentum etc
did you have issues going to real food? was there tummy trouble with more food?
were there things you avoided?
did you hold off introducing food to be overly cautious?

DD was on Allimentum from 5 months old. She never had any issues transitioning to milk, foods and the Ped didnt feel there was anything to avoid etc.

DD was on Alimentum from 3 months old-1 year. Never had issues with foods. Transitioned to whole milk at 1 without problems.

DS was on alimentum and around 1 year he did test positive for a milk allergy, so we put him on soy at first and then I switched him to almond milk a few months ago.
As far as foods, it did take him a while to get on regular foods (had texture issues), he was finally off of baby foods for good at around 15 months.

I have two who were on Alimentum. Neither had issues with transitioning to dairy.

My Son was on Nutramigen from 2 months - 11 months. Once we introduced dairy such as yogurt, ice cream...and he had no issues we knew he grew out of his tummy issues.
We switched to whole milk at 11 months & never had an issue with any foods.

Our GI recommended Beach Nut brand oatmeal and jarred food when it was time because Gerber has traces of soy and milk.

DS was on Nutramigen until we switched to milk at around 11/12 months. We started foods at 5.5 months and he had no problems.
