Restless Leg Syndrome

Anyone suffering from this? I'm 34 weeks pregnant and couldn't sleep last night bc my thighs were tingling and I kept shaking them. I am still shaking my legs right now... Ughhhh

What helps??

Restless Leg Syndrome

I get it every so often but not since I found out I'm pregnant. I can usually trace it to a spot on my lower back and I just rub the area or have DH rub it.

Ugh I have it too. It's so annoying. No advice- sorry :(. Perhaps ask to get your iron checked- sometimes it can be from that.

I have it now too! Im 36 weeks and have had it since about 33. This is going to sound nuts but sleep with a bar of irish spring soap by you. A friend told me to put it under the sheets by your feet but that didnt work for me. I keep it on my nightstand opened in the box. It has worked so far!

I have this as well it drives me crazy at night. The only thing that helps is to stretch my legs. Try doing this before you go to sleep every night Chat Icon
