Quitting bf
How long did it take for your boobs to go back to normal? Stop having pains and tingling? I stopped over a week and mine still hurts and tingles.

depends on the person.. Mine hurt for about 2 months. I know your pain.....oooooouch!

wondering the same thing. im not going cold turkey, I'm cutting down to bedtime and morning but will be done with that soon too.

About 2 weeks. During the second week I had an increase in pain. I massaged those areas in the shower and pain was gone a few days later.

I really didn't have a problem when I was weaning. I did it very slowly, she wouldn't drink formula so I had to pump and slowly mix the formula with the breastmilk an oz at a time. It took a month so I am assuming thats why I didn't have pain. It hurt more in the begining when she slept trough a feeding! Ouch!
