SLEEP Help!!!! 26 month old coming out of toddler bed
Help..... My 26 month old daughter recently started to climb out of her crib. We then converted it to a toddle bed, put the safety rail on and put a gate at her door. Ever since we did that she wakes up earlier and earlier goes to the gate an starts screaming. She then wakes up her brother. It's crazy. Today she was up at 5:15am. Even her naps are shorter and I know she still needs them.
She goes to sleep about 7:15 and use to sleep till 6:30-7:00.
How do I keep her in her bed and to get to sleep longer.
Any advice would be great.

Maybe try a sound machine. This helps my ds fall and stay asleep. My ds took about 2 weeks to fully transition to his bed.

I have heard from several friends that those sleep training clocks work. Maybe that's worth a try?
