Those whose DC sleep in a toddler bed
How do you keep them from falling out??
Im yet to fin a bed rail small enough for a toddler bed, and Rj keeps falling out!

My son's been in a toddler bed for some time now and has never fallen out. It's super low to the ground and has built in half rails on it. So we didn't have to buy anything extra.

Rj is like a daybed, and it too is super low to the ground. He isnt getting hurt when he falls out- but it does wake him up....
Mine dosent have those cool little half rails like yours

I think i remember we have the same crib-didn't u have a convertible crib? was it legacy?
If so, legacy has those 1/2 rail thingys for the toddler bed version, you can buy them to go with your crib :)

Nate has the same style bed as Trish's DS. But the convertible crib that Jayden sleeps in came with a guardrail.

My DH had to make something because all the bed rails were too big for her crib that we made into her toddler bed. I bought a shelf and DH attached a piece of wood to it....we put the wood under the mattress and the shelf sticks up and blocks her from falling out.

DD isn't in a toddler bed yet, but I have a crib that converts and I had to order the half rail separately. I think it was about $35.
