EBF moms...AF when did you get it?
I just realized that I still haven't gotten AF yet and DS is now 7.5 mos, with my first I got AF very quickly (like 6wks while EBF) this time I'm getting worried seems like a long time to go without...I'm still EBF. Anyone else what's the longest time to go without before I should start getting concerned?

I didn't get mine until 12 months pp. As long as you're Bfing you may not get a period.

I didn't get mine until 10 months pp. I continued to BF until DD was a little over 12 months.

Between 6 and 7 months for both kids. I BF DS until a little after a year. I BF DD for 6 months (sadly had to stop for medication - tick bite). Both kids started cereals at 5 1/2 months and pureed foods at 6 months.

With my first son, I got it back at 11 months PP. My 2nd is only 3.5 months now, haven't gotten it back yet this time. As another poster mentioned, as long as you are still BFing, you may not get a period, and that's totally normal.

DS #1 I got it at 10 months pp and was still EBFing. DS #2 is now 14 months, still BFing and still no period.

I didn't get AF until I started weaning DC's. 7 months with DD and 11 months with DS.

basically, if you've nursed on demand, the average time for AF to return is 14.6 months!

I was one of the unlucky ones - 3 months PP. I never supplemented and I still EBF. I was pretty disappointed
