Miller Place moms?
Our co-op in Bayside is on the market and we are starting to officially look for our first home!  DH and I found a house in Miller Place that we are looking at tomorrow. Do you like the area? Is it family friendly? Right now we have one DC, he is 10 months. I do swimming and library classes with him- are there mommy and me type programs? Good preschools? Public Schools? Community Events?

I don't live there now but I grew up there and went through K-12 in the district. Its really a great town. Sorry I have no idea about Mommy and Me classes and we weren't into community events, but, I had fun as a kid!

Yes I also live in Miller Place we have a 2.5 year old daughter!! We love it!!! I'm not in any mommy and me classes but there are some around. I know the library also offers them. feel free to FM

crashing - my sister and niece live in the area, my niece is actually graduating miller place hs this year, but just wanted to say it's one of the best school districts in suffolk county. great area.
