What's going on in Massapequa Park?
Helicopters were flying over the area and preserve for at least 2 hours. When I drove past the preserve, a man who looked like a detective was in a bullet proof vest. Anyone know what was going on?

Thanks for saying something.....I didnt see it but I just locked all my doors and shut my blinds just in case. I am sure they are looking for someone.....hope they get them!

DH heard there was a fire in the greeting card isle at CVS. Not sure what time of day, but maybe it was arson?

I drove past on my way to the gym last night and there were cops stationed outside every entrance/exit to the preserve. Something was def going on.

According to News12 this morning, some guy walked into Our Lady of Lourdes church around 1pm yesteday and dropped his pants in front of a woman who was praying.
I assume theye were looking for him, News12 said he is still on the loose.

The helicopters were flying around for 2 hours. Would they really waste all of that effort on a flasher? I know that is a very inappropriate thing to do but I thought a helicopter would only be used for a kidnapping, etc.

The flasher things was a coincidence. Apparently, there was an attempted robbery at the CVS on Broadway. They tried to start a fire in the card aisle and I think that got botched up so they ran off into the woods. I heard they were armed.
