So I got an invitation to DH's cousins THIRD baby shower today. She had her first child at 17 and had a shower. She has a 3 and half year old that she also had a shower for and now she's pregnant again and you guessed it, having another shower.
I'm not going that I've already decided, I just can't do that to myself. But should I send a gift?

What does your DH think?
Is this a cousin you see often?
I would probably just send something when the baby arrives or pick up an outfit and mail it after the shower with a note.

I'd do exactly the same thing. I thought the baby shower is only for the first baby

I agree. I would pick up something for the little one when you see him/her. I've never heard of second, third or more baby showers. when i got married for the second time, i didnt have a shower even though it was DH's first marriage.

I would just send a gift via mail. Its like being there without being there and I am sure they would appreciate it.
Doesnt have to be a big expensive thing just something off the registry.
